SFN-Footwear 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

At SFN-Footwear, we are confident in our products and quality controls. If you are not satisfied with an SFN-Footwear product, you may request a refund or replacement. Please note that because we cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise required by law, the SFN-Footwear 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to products purchased from unauthorized sellers. Additionally, this guarantee is limited to the original end-user purchaser.

How to Claim the Guarantee

To submit a guarantee request, please contact us via our customer service email at hissswaa@gmail.com and provide relevant information, including the purchase location, purchase date, receipt, and product photos.

You must submit your guarantee request within 60 days of the purchase date. Please note that in some cases, you may be required to return the product to us. If a return is requested, you may be responsible for the shipping costs. Do not send any products to us without prior authorization.

Guarantee Guidelines

We reserve the right to verify information, require a receipt, and deny guarantee requests in cases of suspected fraud or if the customer has abused the SFN-Footwear 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
